Gum Treatment

The gums and supporting tissues are assessed in cases of bleeding, recession, sensitivity or signs of periodontal disease. Before treatment, oral condition, available imaging, general health and expectations are reviewed. Additional radiographic or clinical examinations may be requested when needed. The definitive plan, timeline and materials are determined after examination. As with any medical procedure, individual risks and alternatives should be discussed with the clinician.
