Treatment time varies according to healing requirements between implant placement and the final restoration. Temporary tooth options may be considered in selected cases.

Smoking, uncontrolled diabetes and poor oral hygiene can increase complication risk. Individual risks, alternatives and maintenance requirements should be discussed before treatment.
